Entertaining the Southeast region, Groove Collection is a fully suited band (vocals, guitars, keyboards, bass, drums and horns) full of musicians who have been hand-picked from Asheville, NC's rich sea of musicians. The core of their sound is rooted in the funk/soul/groove music of the past 30 years -- but it is splashed with several fresh tunes carefully selected to awaken emotions and revive memories.
Groove Collection brings together essential elements often neglected by other bands. "We don't just roll a guitar amp and drum set in and start playing -- we have top of the line sound and lighting equipment…" explans Matt Call (lead singer and co-founder).
