ROSETTA STONE was formed in 1988, under the direction of Bruce Sullivan. Highlights of their years together include touring eighteen different countries throughout the world for the United States government. ROSETTA STONE has performed on board the S.S. Norway, as well as the Doral Hotel in Miami, and Trump's Castle Casino in Atlantic City.

Their repertoire spans Gershwin to Michael Jackson. With emphasis on versatility, audience involvement, and superb vocals, ROSETTA STONE is a fun and exciting addition to any special event.

Bruce Sullivan is the leader of ROSETTA STONE. He plays piano, and organ/synthesizer, as well as being one of the lead male vocalists. He has performed for President Reagan, and has appeared with the Smothers Brothers, and Rita Coolidge.

Desiree Roots Centeio is the daughter of the late Jimmy Roots, a well known pianist and singer from Virginia. From an early age she was surrounded by musicians and learned the Great American Songbook. She has toured nationally in Broadway productions and been a staple in regional theater. She has performed at the Kennedy Center and is a recipient of the Pollack Award for outstanding vocal artistry in Virginia. A versatile singer and entertainer, she continues to charm and entertain audiences with her interpretations of soul, jazz, theatre, and pop music.

Randy Hedstrom: bass and vocals
Randy started in family band in fifth grade performing with his father and sister in Bloomington, IL. After college he lived and recorded in Nashville before performing with Thunder Road then recording with Blackwater.

Bruce Nichols: guitar and vocals
Generally recognized as the best guitarist of the Central Virginia area, he has performed with Rufus Thomas, Chuck Berry, Dee Dee Sharp, the Showmen, Ben E. King, Mitzi gaynor and the Drifters. His tasteful and versatile guitar work has also been featured on numerous regional jingles and commercial work.

Ty Adcock: drums/vocals
After completing the armed forces school of music, Ty toured with the Toys, the Buckinghams, the McCoys, and Ray Charles. More recently he toured with Snuff and Blackwater.
